Founder & Executive Public Adjuster

Our founder, Candice, spent more than 13 years working inside the insurance industry before transitioning to represent policyholders. As a General Adjuster and Property Trainer, she handled complex property claims and trained desk adjusters throughout the West Coast, Nevada, Arizona, and Utah. After helping her mother through a claim — and experiencing two of her own — she decided to switch sides and advocate directly for homeowners and business owners navigating the claims process.

Joe Folmar

Founder & Public Adjuster

Joe has over 20 years of experience in construction and HVAC, with a background in framing, plumbing, and electrical work. After years working across Colorado, California, and Arizona as a NATE-certified HVAC technician, he later joined Candice as an independent adjuster before transitioning into public adjusting. His hands-on construction knowledge and field experience provide valuable insight when evaluating property damage and repairs.
