Candice Folmar

Founder & Executive Public Adjuster

Our founder, Candice, spent more than 13 years working inside the insurance industry before transitioning to represent policyholders. As a General Adjuster and Property Trainer, she handled complex property claims, including total loss fires and commercial properties, and trained desk adjusters throughout the West Coast, Nevada, Arizona, and Utah. After helping her mother through a claim — and experiencing two of her own — she decided to switch sides and advocate directly for homeowners and business owners navigating the claims process.

Joe Folmar

Founder & Public Adjuster

Joe has over 20 years of experience in construction and HVAC, with a background in framing, plumbing, and electrical work. After years working across Colorado, California, and Arizona as a NATE-certified HVAC technician, he later joined Candice as an independent adjuster before transitioning into public adjusting. His hands-on construction knowledge and field experience provide valuable insight when evaluating property damage and repairs.
