The Outpost: What You Need to Know

Striking Gold - All About the Loot

  • Never. We only get paid if we get your claim paid!

  • We never take any upfront fee’s. We take a percentage of the claim proceeds once the insurance company issues payment. We only take our percentage on “new money” once brought in.

  • If we are not able to get your claim overturned, you don’t owe us anything.

  • After signing our agreement, all payments will be mailed to us directly. Your name, Wild West Claims, and possibly your mortgage company will be included on the check from the insurance company.

  • Most likely. Depending on the amount of the check will determine if the insurance company lists the mortgage company on the payment.

  • We use a company called IINK. They will walk you through the steps. If need be, we can also hand deliever checks as well.

  • Every claim and every company is different. However, we typically see insurance companies only approving 20%-50% of the total repair cost before our involvement.
